Where is my order?+
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking email. Orders typically ship within 48 hours and arrive in 5–8 business days. You can also track your order on our tracking page.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
We process orders quickly — if you need to make a change, email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel it.
How do I return or exchange a product?+
Not happy with your order? Just send us an email at support@chromaclean.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. We make returns easy.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — join our email list to be the first to know when we expand.
My product arrived damaged — what do I do?+
We're so sorry! Email us at support@chromaclean.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.
